These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website personalbrandstudio.eu ("Website") and the purchase of digital products, services, and in-person experiences offered by Ing. Tereza Škraňka Procházková, BBA ("Seller," "I," "me"). By purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Covered

These terms apply to all products and services sold through personalbrandstudio.eu, including but not limited to:

2. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR or CZK and are final. The Seller is not a VAT (DPH) payer.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or bank transfer (for full payments).

If a business or company purchases a product, they may be required to apply a reverse charge mechanism and pay VAT in their country of residence. The Buyer is responsible for any tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

3. Refund Policy — Digital Products and Remote Services

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase is completed for the following:

When purchasing a digital product or service, the creation process and/or access rights begin immediately, even if partial access is granted. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for these services.

I stand behind the quality of my work. If you have questions or concerns about whether a service is right for you, please contact me before purchasing.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling — Personal Brand Makeover (In-Person, Prague)

The Personal Brand Makeover is a premium in-person experience that involves significant preparation and the coordination of third-party professionals (photographers, stylists, and other specialists contracted specifically for your dates).

The Personal Brand Makeover is non-refundable once booked.

In cases of genuine emergency (serious illness, bereavement, or similar unforeseen circumstances), I am open to a personal conversation about rescheduling. However, the following applies:

5. Subscription Services — German Collective

The German Collective ("Dein AI Effizienz-Zirkel") is a subscription-based community billed monthly.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must notify me at least 21 days before the next billing period by emailing tereza@personalbrandstudio.eu. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid period.

Re-entry policy: This is a committed community, not a drop-in service. If you cancel your subscription, I reserve the right to decline re-entry at my sole discretion. Membership is by invitation and acceptance — cancelling and attempting to rejoin repeatedly is not how this works.

6. Delivery of Products and Services

Digital products and services may be delivered through platforms including but not limited to email, Google Drive, Telegram, Notion, this Website, or other designated platforms.

For the AI Photoshoot, delivery timelines depend on the package tier and are communicated during the onboarding process. Final images are delivered digitally.

For the Personal Brand Makeover, deliverables are provided both in-person during the experience and digitally following the session, as outlined in the service description.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary access and technology to use the purchased products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, and creative works — including but not limited to the Archetype Twin™ framework, Brand Anthems compositions, AI-generated images created as part of a service, and educational materials — are the intellectual property of the Seller.

For AI Photoshoot clients: You receive a personal license to use the delivered images for your own brand and business purposes (website, social media, marketing materials). You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the images as standalone products. The Seller retains the right to use select images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

For Brand Anthems clients: Usage rights for the composed song are outlined in a separate agreement specific to each project.

For all other products and services: Buyers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content. Resale, sharing, redistribution, or reproduction without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Client Responsibility and Cooperation

Many of my services require your active participation — providing brand materials, completing questionnaires, attending scheduled calls, or being present for in-person sessions. Delays or non-responsiveness on the client's side do not constitute grounds for a refund or rescheduling.

If you become unresponsive for more than 30 days during an active service, I reserve the right to consider the service delivered and close the project.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased products or services.

The information, guidance, and strategies provided in all products and services are for educational and professional development purposes. They do not replace legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual application.

10. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website or purchase of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in Czech courts.
