These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website personalbrandstudio.eu ("Website") and the purchase of digital products, services, and in-person experiences offered by Ing. Tereza Škraňka Procházková, BBA ("Seller," "I," "me"). By purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Covered

These terms apply to all products and services sold through personalbrandstudio.eu, including but not limited to:

• The Oracle Session — a live 1:1 online session, up to 90 minutes, followed by a written Brand & Business Report and summary delivered within 24 hours
• Brand & Business Report — an asynchronous written diagnostic, delivered digitally
• Sell Without The Ick — a digital course including a Claude AI skill file
• AI Photoshoot — remote AI-generated personal brand photography (all tiers)
• Rebel Intervention — an in-person experience in Prague, by application
• Brand Anthems — an original song composed for your brand, priced individually
• Digital products and educational materials offered through the Website

Current pricing for each offer is stated on its offer page and at checkout. These terms apply to any current or future products and services sold through this Website, whether or not they are individually listed above.

2. Related Website

I also operate humandesignredefined.com. Some offers may be referenced on this Website and completed there, or vice versa. Both websites are operated by the same Seller. Purchases completed on humandesignredefined.com are governed by the Terms & Conditions published on that website; being redirected between the two websites does not change who you are buying from.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR or CZK and are final. The Seller is not a VAT (DPH) payer.

Bookings and purchases are processed through checkout providers such as MailerLite, SureCart, or other checkout tools indicated at the point of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, bank transfer, or other payment processors indicated at checkout. Some services (including in-person experiences and individually priced work) are invoiced personally instead of sold through online checkout; in those cases the invoice and any individual agreement state the payment terms.

If a business or company purchases a product, they may be required to apply a reverse charge mechanism and pay VAT in their country of residence. The Buyer is responsible for any tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

4. Refund Mechanics by Offer

Each offer has its own refund logic, by design. There is no generic satisfaction guarantee.

The Oracle Session: If your intake shows me I cannot see your situation clearly enough to deliver the work, I will cancel and refund you in full before the session. If I realize during the session that I cannot deliver what you came for, I will end the session and refund you in full. The trigger for both is my judgment, not a request form. Once the session has been completed and the written report delivered, no refunds are issued.

Brand & Business Report: I reserve the right to cancel and refund your purchase if your intake reveals a values misalignment, for example a business model that profits from harming its clients. Otherwise, all sales are final: the Report is custom work, and it is in motion as soon as writing begins.

Sell Without The Ick: Standard digital product terms apply. Access begins immediately upon purchase; see Section 7 on the right of withdrawal.

AI Photoshoot (all tiers): All sales are final. The creation process begins immediately after onboarding.

Brand Anthems and individually priced work: Payment, refund, and usage terms are set out in the individual agreement for each project.

If you have questions or concerns about whether a service is right for you, contact me before purchasing. If you do not know what your question is yet, email me first instead of booking; making sure you are buying the right thing is part of the work.

5. Booking, Rescheduling, and No-Shows — The Oracle Session

The booking flow is: pick your date and time, then pay. The session is confirmed once payment is completed.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booked session once, free of charge, under these conditions:

• The rescheduling request must reach me at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, by email to tereza@personalbrandstudio.eu.
• The replacement session must take place within 14 days of the originally booked date, subject to my availability. If no slot within that window works for you, the booking is treated as used.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session are evaluated case by case and are not guaranteed.

No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior communication, the booking is treated as forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.

On my side: If I need to reschedule a session for serious reasons (illness, emergency), I will offer you a replacement date as soon as possible. If no replacement date works for you, you will receive a full refund.

6. In-Person Experiences — Rebel Intervention (Prague)

The Rebel Intervention is an in-person experience that involves significant preparation and may involve the coordination of third-party professionals contracted specifically for your dates.

The Rebel Intervention is non-refundable once booked.

In cases of genuine emergency (serious illness, bereavement, or similar unforeseen circumstances), I am open to a personal conversation about rescheduling, under these conditions:

• Rescheduling is not guaranteed. It is evaluated case by case at my sole discretion.
• Third-party costs that have already been committed may not be recoverable. If rescheduling is possible, those costs may need to be covered again, which could result in an adjusted price for the rescheduled experience.
• No-shows and last-minute cancellations without prior communication are treated as a forfeited booking with no refund or rescheduling option.

I value honest communication. If something comes up, reach out as early as possible so we can find the best path forward together.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Digital products: By completing a purchase of digital content with immediate access, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts. All sales of digital products are final once access has been granted.

Live sessions and services: By booking a session or service scheduled to begin within 14 days of purchase, you expressly request performance within the withdrawal period. Once the service has been performed, no refund is issued under the withdrawal right. The offer-specific refund mechanics in Section 4 apply independently of this section.

8. Delivery of Products and Services

Digital products and services are delivered primarily through Notion, and may also be delivered through email, Google Drive, Telegram, this Website, or other designated platforms.

For the AI Photoshoot, delivery timelines depend on the package tier and are communicated during onboarding. Final images are delivered digitally.

Live sessions take place on Zoom, Google Meet, or an equivalent video platform; the link is provided after booking. You are responsible for a working internet connection and a quiet environment on your side.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary access and technology to use the purchased products.

9. Intake and Client Information

The Oracle Session and the Brand & Business Report require an intake form, which may include your birth date, exact birth time, and place of birth. The quality of the work depends on the accuracy of this information; I am not responsible for inaccuracies arising from incorrect information supplied by you.

Intake information is used solely to prepare and deliver your service and is treated as confidential. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this Website and applicable data protection law (GDPR).

10. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies, course materials, and creative works, including AI-generated images created as part of a service, compositions, and educational materials, are the intellectual property of the Seller.

For AI Photoshoot clients: You receive a personal license to use the delivered images for your own brand and business purposes (website, social media, marketing materials). You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the images as standalone products. The Seller retains the right to use select images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

For Brand Anthems clients: Usage rights for the composed song are outlined in a separate agreement specific to each project.

For all other products and services: Buyers are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content. Resale, sharing, redistribution, or reproduction without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited. Recording of live sessions is not permitted without prior written agreement.

11. Client Responsibility and Cooperation

Many of my services require your active participation: providing materials, completing intake forms, attending scheduled sessions, or being present for in-person experiences. Delays or non-responsiveness on the client's side do not constitute grounds for a refund or rescheduling.

If you become unresponsive for more than 30 days during an active service, I reserve the right to consider the service delivered and close the project.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased products or services.

The information, guidance, and strategies provided in all products and services are for educational and professional development purposes. They do not replace legal, financial, medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice. Decisions you make following a session or based on any content remain entirely your own responsibility. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual application.

13. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website or purchase of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in Czech courts. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
